Are you eligible for U.S. citizenship? 

         There are several factors that must be reviewed to determine whether someone is eligible for U.S. citizenship.  To establish eligibility, one must:

1. Confirm your Permanent Resident Status – we will confirm exact status, verify amount of time as LPR and analyze legal time requirement for eligibility.
2. Review Physical Location during Permanent Residency – we will look at the time requirements for location, continuity of location and which state to apply in.
3. Age Requirements – we will confirm age of potential citizen
4. Demonstrate Good Moral Character – we will review potential pitfalls both criminal and otherwise and discuss how to meet the burden of proof
5. English Language Skills – we will make an honest assessment regarding the applicant’s skills or explore exceptions.
6. U.S. History and Government Exam – we will discuss this requirement and what should be done to prepare for this part.
7. Loyalty to U.S. – we will discuss the required oath and exceptions if this is contrary to your beliefs.

¿Tiene derecho a usted para la ciudadanía de EEUU?

Hay varios factores que deben ser revisados para determinar si alguien tiene derecho para para hacerse ciudadano de EEUU. Para establecer elegibilidad, necesidad:

1. Confirme su Estatus de Residente Permanente – confirmaremos estatus exacto, verificaremos cantidad de tiempo como LPR y analizaremos requisitos legales de tiempo para la elegibilidad.
2. Revise la Ubicación Física durante Residencia Permanente – miraremos los requisitos de tiempo para la ubicación, la continuidad de la ubicación y cuál estado para aplicar en.
3. Requisitos de Edad – confirmaremos la edad de ciudadano potencial
4. Demuestre Buen Carácter Moral  – revisaremos problemas potenciales ambos criminal y de otro modo y discutiremos lo que se tiene que comprobar a inmigración
5. Las Habilidades de Hablar  y Leer Inglés  – haremos una evaluación honesta con respecto a las habilidades del solicitante o exploraremos excepciones.
